I get it now. First I was very impressed with the fact that someone with power and money finally got it. Now I understand, it's all about power and money. T. Boone not only doesn't want to lose money overseas, he wants to be justly rewarded for an investment in the future.

This may not all be bad. It's the American way, after all. We are not much of a democracy or a republic any more, but we are a darned good capitalist society. What we ought to get an explanation of is what is in it for the non-billionaires among us.

Anyone have any ideas?

Sorry to get back late to your response. It is the American way and as T. Boone mentioned Americans can accomplish miracles when we all come together.
Has anyone suggested the possibility of having an IPO to raise additional money? How can we get this idea to T. Boone?

Your question on an explanation of, "What's in it for us non-billionaires?"
I believe what's in it for us is the future we will be leaving for our children and grandchildren.
Don't get me wrong yes if there was a way to benefit from owning some shares and at some point cashing out that would be good as well.

But truly I believe the majority of us that are visiting this sight are more concerned with creating a better future for everyone.
There are a million ideas in a capitalist society to make money. The first order of business is get rid of the speaker of the house, ms pelosi, how can someone in her position go on national TV and say that the President needs to release our strategic oil reserves and that will lower gas prices. Really, how can that make prices go down when refineries are running above 95% capacity? Does she think we are that stupid or is she that dumb? When this country decides to speak up and voice their opinions about having the speaker of the house keep bashing the country daily becuase she does not like the president, enough all ready ms pelosi! It is not all about you, it's about US...
