OBAMA Advertising and Promotion Agency Targets Pickens Plan Forums for slander and mis-information against McCain and Palin!
09/24/2008. Fox News, corroborated by the Wall Street Journal and the Washington Post, uncovered information, first cited by watchdog bloggers, about an Advertising and Marketing agency in Orange County California, making up false 'grass roots' stories and histories about Sarah Palin, to mislead voters on her issue stances and positions on alternate renewable energy sources. The two main stories run, without a shred of truth in them, even the situations very existence never happend, were the two stories about (1) Sarah Palin used state funds to build her home on the backs of unaware taxpayers (NEVER HAPPENED) and (2) Sarah Palin and her husband helped lead a movement to enable Alaska to secede from the USA with quotes about 'hating America' and "having no use for the American Govt."
Both of the major stories have been proven false, all fiction created out of this Agency in California. Investigative reporters are now examining how close the links were from this Obama-supporting agency to the Barack Obama campaign itself.
When once reached for comment on the blogs he controlled with these lies, the blog's owner quickly took them down, and the owner only cited that he took them down because he "received death threats for posting them." BULL, who want's to cancel Obama's campaign right now? Do you think the Obama campaign was directly linked to all of the intentional smears against Palin or not? Guess what, one of these blogger posters did this here on the Pickens Plan forum under the name of "Michael Garcia" !! The owner has hid from reporters since. (Axelrod was his last name)
The third false story was that Palin's energy stance was to only drill a new pipeline dependent on oil shale in Canada, also false (Her intention was to take Alaska oil directly inland, across Canada to depots in the continental USA). Also discredited, were this agency's blogs that Palin did not care for renewable, clean energy sources, when she is now cited with her name, endorsing over 27 new clean and renewable energy source initiatives.

If liberals are not being fact based and sneaky let it roll off your back like water off a duck. We will have challeges moving the plan forward with either result of the election. As far as the liberal past let sleeping dogs lie.
I am a registered independent and a card-carrying member of the "spoiled meat eating suburabanites". By my posts you've probally guessed which way I'm going on the election. You have to understand that my vote will be like p in the wind where I live because it is and uncontested state for the other side. But I will be whistling g-d-dixie when I do go vote just the same.
So when if the liberals bother you just let sleeping dogs lie. The really dim ones will hang themselves given enough rope. Pointing out facts makes them leave, it doesn't change their mind.

if Facts disturb either side then so be it. Part of the problem in America's education system is the failure to teach facts 2 + 2 is always four never five or seven or what ever makes you feel good. Facts are not partisan and are major players in the desire to become energy independent in ten years. Resources are not unlimited and therefor we must direct capital at the most productive sources first and then add other systems to the mix.
Cost must be a main concern because if America becomes uncompetitive energy will be abundant and jobs will be few. This is why discussions must be real and address the real world not what we would like it to be. TO BE OR NOT TO BE THAT IS THE QUESTION

Speaking of jobs here is my situtation. The KY stands for Kentucky. Conservative or Liberal I need every woman and swinging D (pardon the expression) behind this here. This state is all about ethanol and coal. There is but one tiny strip of mountains that can do any wind and it's in coal country. And the only natural gas would be coal bed methane. We have the some of the lowest electric rates in the country.
I didn't mean to be disrespectful or I would have thrown in a few "son" and "boy" in. I just stop by saying thanks for the wrastlin, Sir.
On a related topic if the anti-ethonol people quote that X% of the corn supply went to ethanol ask them how much of that went to fuel. Because we have the orginal ethanol here and then tend to forget it's has other uses.

China denies ban on lending to U.S.
China's banking regulator denied a media report that it had banned the nation's lenders from offering credit to U.S. financial institutions. The regulator has ordered Chinese banks to halt inter-bank lending in all currencies to U.S. banks to avoid possible losses during the financial crisis, the South China Morning Post reported yesterday, citing people it didn't identify. The banking regulator "never, through any channel, announced or notified domestic banks to ban lending to U.S. financial institutions," China Banking Regulatory Commission spokesman Liao Min said in a statement on the commission's website yesterday.

We don't need China's credit. You do know, don't you, Newt Gingrich and some gorgeous Congresswoman from Minnesota, (missed her name, but wow...!) who used to be a Federal Tax Lawyer in DC, came up with a plan whereby reducing the business taxes on any mortgage company that assumed the agreements from Fannie and Freddie to 25% of the original amount, at least a temporary removal of the capital gains tax, and all of the debt from Fannie and Freddie gets paid off fast, billions of other dollars get infused into our economy. The economy is protected, Fannie and Freddie die, and the only jobs lost are those of Fannie and Freddie.
That is acceptable to me, no $700 billion dollar bailout and not taxpayer risk!
The Republicans will go for it if it makes it to the table, that would be McCain's opportunity to shine. The Dem's will fight it all the way, because the capital gains tax is what they live on.
There is a simple fine line to walk. Get T.Boone to put this in with his energy initiatives.

I thought it was pretty pathetic. Obama was given all the notes and documentation on the current House Republican's postion and counter-proposal before his meeting with the President yesterday. He already knew all of what they proposed, and went in. He first asked known deep-DNC supporter, Secretary Colson who said he did not like the Republican proposal, (big surprise....) and then Obama attacked the Republican Plan to a bunch of House representatives expecting only to present the alternative plan before all of the committee at the White House.
McCain listened quietly until the end of Obama's critical remarks, then towards the end of the meeting voiced his displeasure with some missing elements in the plan, and Obama's ambush of the smaller Republican contingent at the White House.
Obama stated for the record, he had no idea of the Republican plan and was just inquiring about their proposals before being critical. It was proven this morning by Fox News and Reuters, that two officials at Goldman Sachs, supporters for Obama's campaign, emailed the entire Republican alternative plan to Obama's top advisors late that morning, long before the late afternoon meeting in Washington.
Pelosi, Reed, Dobbs and Fatboy Barney Frank, all deferred making any comment for Obama to speak first and carry the meeting. Obama blew it; he could not negotiate anything, bring anyone together, he just attacked the Republican plan, made a mess of the meeting like his senior props wanted him to.
This morning, Reed and Pelosi are quoted and the rest of the DNC claiming, that McCain burst out and started all arguments, when the meeting records showed he did not even speak much until the last 30 minutes of the meeting. Obama went on for over 1.5 hours first. "McCain should not have inserted Presidential Politics into such an important meeting." -- Harry Reed, this AM.
McCain did NOT disrupt or bring down a solution. Fact is, they never had solution both sides would sign off with at the end of their deliberations two days ago, as the Democrats claimed was already in place. WHAT A LIE!
ALSO, do not miss the obvious fact, the DEMs have all of the votes needed to pass the bail-out on their own; the House Republicans are not even required. They just don't want to do it, and be left holdiing the bag in case the bailout goes sour and only they voted for it.
DNC COWARDS!!!
So Reed gets all over every camera he can, eager to not let the truth get out that Obama was a total flop yesterday at the White House, and tries to make people believe that no agreement in place yet is all McCain's fault!
UNBELIEVABLE !!!
Pelosi also got upset by ABC news yesterday, who replayed the same videos of Barney Frank and Harry Reed denouncing the multiple attemtps by Republicans over the last 6 years, primarily from, yes, Bush and McCain, who repeatedly warned Congress about the increase in size and mal-practices in both Fannie and Freddie's organizations. The videos of Frank and Reed telling Bush and McCain they were only grandstanding asking for minimal funds to investigate both monetary lenders, and to help avoid the mess we're in now, really irked ol' Pelosi, who turned on the reporter quickly saying "it was all due to the last 8 years of the Bush Administration".
When asked for even one specific as to how the Bush Administration was responsible for this current bail-out need, Pelosi could not come up with one, other than "fiscal mis-management" as a generic term.
Bush probably has some blame in it, like most of Congress, but this is far more a DNC mess than anyone else, and now those cowards say they need the Republicans to sign onto the bill that directly benefits fat-cat supporters and members of the DNC.
This is where punching out of certain Democratic Senators would be decorum 1.

Yeah, I'm not discriminating either GS, Frank is just offensive in every ethical manner known to mankind. We should let Lex Luthor here blast him with some sort of Death-Ray, but for me, you have to include Reed, Pelosi, Kerry. Biden, Kennedy and Dodd.
If the DNC just had new honest blood running their show, it would be such a nice way to redevelop our energy needs in this country.
If anyone has watched, most leading Republicans are new and more progressive in the last 5 years.
