Please visit ny site and see my idea to incorporate foreclosures with the Pickens Plan I am trying very hard to get my point to everyone but seems no one cares Please visit and read at http://ipbco.com I want all comments good bad indifferent the idea is to simple do you know even a Wisconsin State Sponsored program told me it sounded like a Real Estate Deal and the Building and Real Estate industry do not supply permanent jobs so no funding could be found. Property has to sit so what Sell the energy back to local supplier not only the tax benefits that you will receive but now there is a rand new selling point to a distressed property who ever buys it will not have to pay for the installation of alternative energy systems they are there!
