There is no law that says you can't stir things up once in a while! Be provocative.
Overview
Legal issues dominate today's work, though they may be subtle or even invisible to you. It's pretty easy for you to handle them, but if you don't see them, prepare for a big surprise!

"We The People" have the RIGHT to restructure 435 Congressional Seats and 33 Senate Seats November 4, 2008. Here are a few good reasons why NOT to re-elect the Incumbents. Just connect the dots!

First Amendment to the United States Constitution

The Bill of Rights in the National Archives."First Amendment" redirects here. For other uses, see First Amendment (disambiguation).
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is part of the United States Bill of Rights that expressly PROHIBITS the United States Congress from making laws "respecting an establishment of religion" or that prohibit the free exercise of religion, laws that infringe the freedom of speech, infringe the freedom of the press, limit the right to peaceably assemble, or limit the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
tactical voting (or strategic voting or sophisticated voting) occurs when a voter supports a candidate other than his or her sincere preference in order to prevent an undesirable outcome.
An anti-incumbent vote is one exercised against elected officials currently in power. It allows the voters to register their discontent with sitting government officials, particularly when protesting against certain actions taken by the government or the elected officials in question

Be sure to vote. "We The People" have a huge opportunity to stop the Powver and Greed!
