Thank you Karl, I do agree. You have a very nice resume.
I asked PP if I could do this, and I only sent it to my friends on PP, and some others on linkedin.com and elsewhere.

The start up, and the inventors, face a mountain of opposition. But, it is the only path, the big corporations have set the feild in their favor.

I have tried to be as transparent as possible, yet John Purvis calls me a scammer.
If he has changed your mind about me, for good or bad, I would like to know.
I have 1207 freinds now, If you dont like what I am doing, Please remove me as a friend.

I really do believe that what I am doing is very important, it is not about money.
I will not let people like John, the corporations or anyone stop me.
The walls are there for those who dont want it.

Hi Karl. We may need a good eyeball engineer, who understands drilling, and such, for some of my renewable enterprise. Energy is crackable. And, its key is reduced cost. Electrons are brandless. Renewable Energy in the US means a several thousand dollar annual tax refund to every denizen. Doubt any group could stop that. Stay in touch--

Hey James,

Just one question. Do you see GRC as being about pollution or energy? If you're looking to cure pollution then 'right on' but if you believe that they're offering an energy solution... tsk, tsk, tsk -- it's not going to pan out.

You can't add $0.10/W to your generating cost and the cost of electricity to your fuel and expect to compete with the existing cost of fuel... it's circular reasoning.

Yeah, I talked to them, and their patent attorney today. lol

I am just showing other options, GRC is simply cooking waste/energy gases off.
I offered them a joint venture.

Plasma is the key!

James: I am not sure what the net efficiency is of your system, or any downside risks, e.g., any NOX production, or reduction of engine life etc. I encourage everyone to pursue their avenues. As an innovator myself, with a 150 MPG multifuel (Biofuels and fossil fuels), I am using the same infrastructure, just ramping up the efficiency considerably. Efficiency mean GREEN, because if you are not green you are inefficient, non-green is waste energy in some form. The problem is asset formation. What I have found from prior projects is the attorney's warn against making public stock offering. A call to a US SEC office (Federal and State) should suffice to get their take on how difficult it is to promote a company publically, legally and the hoops they you must jump through. I am up to 1259 friends now, btw all, my wife goes through each night and adds 100 new friends.
Most of the people here know we need to do something different, and have said they would do whatever, anything?
I am building a team and company, with these same goals. I am asking America to stand up with me.

I do not want anyone to invest, if the money is needed for something, anything else. PERIOD!

But, If you can afford $200., buy 1 share.
I will revamp my site, and add an investors page, listing all investors, as they come in.

Mr. Tracy,

It has been entertaining to say the least, watching you bounce around on this site selling snake oil at high rates of return. You also seem to equate "collecting friends at night" on a 'NING server as being comparable to "building a company/team." Trust me, it is NOT.

I won't go so far as to bust your bubble on these points...as it would be of little practical use to do so. BUT! I will tell you two things straight away. Your brazen attempt to use this site to peddle stock in your "company" is in direct contravention of the securities laws of this country (Specifically the SEC Act of 1937, as amended) And EVEN if you HAD their blessing (you need to register your proposal and provide a prospectus with any solicitation-your attorney Roy Webb of Professional "Whatever" should have told you that-IF he in fact does exist as your attorney) they would NOT approve of your silly and offensive offer to "guarantee ROI".

Using this line "Will guarantee ROI, if after 5 years we are not profitable, we will disolve (if the share holders vote to), and repay investors, any loss at that point is tax deductable."You don't have a CLUE as to what ROI means and the rest of the comment is merely clap trap as it means NOTHING. What will you pay the investors off WITH? Paper loses? That's rich.

If you want to raise money for this enterprise may I suggest that you partner up with someone on Wall Street, someone that knows the ropes and knows how to circumvent the hard work needed to get to the cash quickly...someone like Bernie Madoff.

And the false sense of security you post to those on this board who DON'T know any better"-"I have been authorized by Torrey Shearer of the PP to make this offer" is pure BS. If there IS a Torrey Shearer and IF he in fact DID make this offer, the two of you are in deep doo doo.

Now, I will make this statement ONE TIME and one time only, clear this post from this forum or modify it as far as it pertains to the solicitation for the sale of stock or I will see to it that it is brought to the attention of those who need to see it.

Consider yourself put on notice.
