PickensPlan

When I came upon the first discussion of this subject, I began to encounter snarky posts from arm chair physicists, and faux savants who condescended to explain to lesser minds that a hydrogen fueled internal combustion vehicle that ran on water was not possible.

Well, tonight I'm here to tell you that it is possible, it really isn't very complicated, that the technology already exists, and is well within reach.

Before posting the link, I would like to remind all who came to the Pickens Plan to to scoff, that contempt prior to investigation is the hallmark of fools.

I have been reachering this and am about to conduct my own teat of a unit I bought on Ebay for $60. From what I gather it is possible and the unit will last as long as A. you dont draw too many amps from your altinator or you will burn it up. B. the qualoty of stainless steel used (316L) seems to be the best. C. you have to adjust or fool the computer in your car ( fule injected) so it doesent increase the amount of gas because it is confused by the hydrogen/oxygen mixture. There are plenty of variables within the basics. It can work a guy down the street built one and says he was getting 20 and now gets 30 miless per gal. Rember there alot of scams out there. Thanks

Awesome, something all us Orange Bloods can be proud to be a part of.

you can not run a car on water

Stop spaming with this stupid stuff

Well Bob, perhaps YOU cannot run a car on water. However, I intend to be driving one fueled by hydrogen as soon as possible.

Perhaps you missed the link. Here it is again.

Now, if you can't play nice or demonstrate that you are here to seek solutions - please be kind enough to get off my thread, and be sure the door doesn't hit you on the way out.

HHO, Brown's gas, have been around for decades.
This type of scam does not belong on this website.
I urge you to prove that it works before posting this stuff.

We have several units working check out our web site HFMax.com. I look forward to hearing from you. Carl

Sure, you can recover hydrogen and oxygen from aluminum, but you are only getting back what the aluminum refiners have put into it at the time of manufacture. I have studied the HOH gas, and find that it can be VERY dangerous. Flame speeds through Brown's gas can reach 10,000 feet/sec. However, windmills can electrolize water, oxygen and hydrogen can be made separately, and cars can be made to run VERY well on hydrogen, getting the oxygen from the atmosphere, and producing only water vapor out the tailpipe. BMW has made a car now that runs on liquid hydrogen-check Youtube. No cat converter needed, etc.

Water People ... why do you insist constantly on all this hyperbole. You are not claiming that you can run a car on water ... you're claiming that you can use oxyhydrogen cracked from water by electric power drawn off your gasoline engine at lower power outputs to add power along with gasoline at higher power. The energy flow is similar to any other hydrid except your using the syphoned off electric power generated by your gasoline engine for electrolysis of water into oxyhydrogen rather than charging a nickel battery.

David. You are on the wrong thread. We aren't discussing the brown gas gimmick being sold on ebay. This link will take you to an article about a breakthrough discovered by researchers at Purdue University. Please read it.
