Michigan Gov. signs battery tax incentives.

I think this is a good step to keep Detroit on the map. I think if people invest in future vehicle technologies like electric vehicles. Then Michigan would probably be the place to do that now. In my opinion this will help the whole transition to EV's (electric vehicles) much smoother. I would like to hear other peoples opinions on this article.
