what about Solar in the pickens plan ?

there are millions of roof tops that do nothing all day, connected to the grid .
i think we should use these to produce power as well as wind and gas
anybody have any thoughts on this ?
Why does the plan not have this in it?

The S&T approach is different, we're not making claims that we hope to reach. Our systems are significantly over designed, and over engineered, and heavily optimized to be the most affordable solution.

Th only problem with our approach is that in a room full of vanities each bragging about how much they [hope / plan / promise / wish] to deliver, we get lost in the noise.
