I read the CNN interveiw about House Speaker Pelosi's comment on President Bush's performance. I agree he has been bad for our country but why should he shoulder the blame by himself. He is the President but he could not put us in this state without the help of his adminstration, the Congress, the Senate and the Judicial branch. I think we should consider that even we as voters should shoulder some of the blame because we put these people in office who had their own agenda and we should have had the fix voting reveiwed and asked more quesions about their earmark bills. We all let so much go far and get so very bad. I reflect on this often and I find it very hard to look at the children who will have to inherit this land.

Wow!!! I can't believe you know so little about economics and politics.
I know when I am being had. I am just boiling over the fact today Exxon made a record high but was not pleased because they expected to better than that. That is nerve.
Absolutley on the money. What a lot of people don't understand is that Bill Clinton
took over a bird nest on the ground. Ronald Reagan and Bush senior set the country
in motion for success. Clinton just rode the wave and tried to get credit for it. He even
could not capture Ben Ladin when he knew exactly where he was.
Lets impeach FDR for killing inocent japanse citizens by fire bombing Tokoyo and for being a racist and locking up American citizens (125,000 japanese-americans), how about JFK and Johnson who got 58,000 Americans killed in Vietnam or Truman who nuked two japanese cities. Clinton lost his license to practice and admitted committing a crime in the oval office. He lied under oath and you all complain about scotters little perjury.

History will acknowlege the greatest president ever who brought down the worst dictator since Hitler in Sadamm and sons, created the first democracy in the middle east, brought libya back to the fold of peaceful nations, ended the Korean War, Held employment at 95%, inherited a recession from clinton and fixed it, inheritied terrorists who during the 90's blew up embassies and the world trade center the first time and clinton did nothing. Bush has killed tens of thousands of the terrorists there and NOT here. Be grateful you morons.

And like RDDavis said: Madame Pelosi got control of the house, and Harry Reid the senate, the longest running jobs expansion in history has stopped. A barrel of oil has more than doubled. Groceries have gone up 100 bucks per month. big tuna pelosi is not a failure, she has accomplished her purpose, which was to ruin the economy of the US for personal political gain.

The hate is destroying us and no matter who is the next president we are sending each year -$700,000,000,000 to foreign countries for our own personal consumption. They in turn are buying our sovernty. Look in the mirror as we are the problem.
You are right through out the history of this country our leaders to maintain their voting popularity have acted recklessly. But we also have to ask what if FDR also did not act to join the alliances of WWII. What if America did not join the allies to fight against the Hiltler, and Mussolini. America was against joining WWII which made FDR unpopular until Japan bombed Pearl Harbor. It rings of the same actions we took when terrorist crashed our planes into the World Trade Center. I was at the World Trade Center when the planes crashed. I was there when the World Trade Center was bombed the first time. We all need to stop looking out this countries leaders with rose colored glasses. All of them act for their own need and not what we voted them in to do.
AMEN, BROTHER WE ARE THE PROBLEM, I will be your first to ackowledge this fact. I will do everything in my power to start with my house.

We have started by gowing green on as many things as we can, like recycling. How many of us are paying someone to recycle those old computer monitors with the big booty since we are so in love with Flat Screens. I am not sure but those Big 13", 15", 17' monitors; CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) , have mercury in them and a lot of us are throwing them in the nearest dumpster we can find. NOT COOL

We have got to band together, no more finger pointing because there are 3 fingers pointing back at You and I. What do we need to do together, so we can leave these Politicians out of it.

IN GOD WE TRUST
True. I am just boiling over the fact today Exxon made a record high but was not pleased because they expected to better than that. That is nerve.
Uh, not to interfere with your political wool-gathering -- but the whole purpose of this website is to discuss energy, alternative energy, and related topics. Not to Bush-bash or go on inanely about how stupid politicians are.
I Agree, no more politics, lets get back to the time when we used to help our neighbor cut their grass and empty their trash while they were on vacation. Let's join our forces to control our own destiny by cutting our consumption of energy as well as investing in alternative measures for using energy when needed.

I have one for you now, you should make it applicable to reach your computer at work from home remotely in order to get a little bit of your job work done, so that you have Fridays off. The objective would be to cut cost.

Go to www.logmein.com and you can set up remote access to any computer free of charge. This talent has optimize my ability to help others; especially the elderly their computer problems without having to travel 30 miles to their location. I am also a pretty good Tax preparer and QuickBooks Guru, so if you need assistance or guidance on how to legally minimize your Tax obligation just ask me. God gives me great joy in helping others for I was raised by a Good Statesman who was the first and only Black Mayor of an incorporated municipality in the state of NM.

I appreciate your interferance.
First let me say I am disabled because I have MS and I had two heart attacks and a stroke because I worked long endless hours. I tutor young people that need help. I also write and draw. I love history. I love studying about Abraham Lincoln. Now I am reading about Ramesy II. His accomplishments and diplomacy are fantastic. He did not see war in his time because he believed an trade alliances in more benificial than a conflict. I look at Bush and he started immediately asking for a conflict. He was pleased with the 911 terriorist attack. He started with his weapons of distruction. He never based his information on reliable information. It is all a mess. I fear that our countries leader will cause my family a deep lose that we will not be able to stand. I have family close to me fighting for this country and becoming new parents. I go to church every evening and light a candle for each one of them. I light a candle for our country and the world as a whole. I pray from morning and night that we have peace and go well. I worry. I weep. Thank you so much for your replies.
This has nothing to do with increasing energy production to make America independent so maybe just maybe the Middle East terrorist will focus on Europe and Asia. After America produces 100% of our energy we will no longer need to protect the global oil supply so Germany, France, Spain, Italy and others can have energy to keep their economy alive. Maybe America should say to France - "Let them eat cake".

To the issue of your health and the safety of your family, I pray for you all. I also pray that our military bring victory and safety to all the people in the world. In closing I will remind the citizens that America has not been attacked on our soil since 9-11-2001. No administration in the past 8 or ten can claim containment of terrorists and elimination of attacks and American deaths on foreign soil.
We don't need to worry about politics or discussing politics. Exxon is our leaders without an election. I am just boiling over the fact today Exxon made a record high but was not pleased because they expected to better than that. That is nerve.
