Idea's, Intellectual Properties and Patents

If you have an Idea
Intellectual Property Rights do not apply to Inventions. Only a Patent or Provisional Patent can protect your rights. If you have an Idea DO NOT TELL ANYONE!
A Non-Disclosure agreement can be used to show interested parties what you have, if you do not have patent protection.

I will say that I do not care for the NUKE post. I have been to fulda gap, on what was the czech republic. No one should "EVER" use a nuclear weapon for war or terrorism.

Gosh, we should have a google type site JUST for people to exchange FREE IDEAS.

But then, I'm kind of a radical on this issue. I have zero sympathy for bands who SUE thier fans for "stealing" thier music on the internet. Arn't the fans the only reason they have a money making carreer in the first place? Awe, too bad. You can't JUST be a studio band. You'll have to go put on a show and work for a living like everyone else. Gee - I guess I should feel bad for you. Spoiled brats!
Oh no, ACTUAL musicians and preformers will make the big bucks. Boy bands and disney creations will be left in the minor leagues with milli vanilli. Imagine my distress. :p

I could care less about patent disputes for "SIMULAR" products. True, Wing House is suspiciously identical to Hooters format - but if you think Hooters was the first place to have the idea of putting pretty girls in skimpy outfits to serve food and drink.... GET REAL.

I'm TIRED of hearing about how this guy or that guy "discovered" such and such a place, trading with the natives along the way. ....er - so the natives didn't know it was there? He discovered it? Lucky for the natives then, eh?

Look - Patents, Copyrights, image protections - NONE of them bad ideas, but ALL of them have gotten insainly out of control.

Intellect Isn't property, and YES the guy who builds the best product should get the $. If anyone ELSE gets it instead, even if he does think he OWNS the idea- HE'S the crook. Not the guy doing good work.

You can only concieve an idea. You can not own it. Some one probrably had it before, and someone WILL have it again.

You can not own Land either. You might pay for it, care for it, bequeath it - but ultimatly it has more claim on you than you on it. Dust to dust, don't ya know.; ▶ Reply to This
