Since some mechanics charge $60 for a 1/2 hour repair job, $99 seemed like a good guess. If used vehicles are exempt that would increase the Blue Book of used cars and cut new car sales, especially if you need to re certify annually, in Florida, which has no mandatory vehicle inspection. I suppose the 79 mile per hour speed detector can run off the alternator belt?.I think that would limit top speed in next to the highest gear to about 55 miles per hour, which might be good rather than bad except for climbing long steep hills, and for accelerating from 54 mph to 79 mph. A new speedometer cost $225 for a Ford Wind Star we had 6 years ago, and that was for a rebuilt speedometer. Do most car computers already have an input terminal for connecting a governor? Are you sure this won't cost the new car manufacturers billions of dollars the first year? Putting smaller engines in most of the models will surely cost rather than it will save the first year. I'm talking 79 mph as you suggested 5 mph over the speed limit and tighter specs than plus or minus 1 percent will be costly. Also worn tires are smaller circumference making the governor think you are going faster than your actual speed. Also some rims have the option of a smaller and/or larger tire than the original equipment tires, Neil
Sounds like James Tracy is working on a source for ozone that could be released into the stratosphere. Could that work above the world's major airports, and above Australia?? At ground level ozone is a health hazard. Bush wanted to inject CO2 waste into old gas wells. Good idea, considering how much volume is being displaced into often times frail rock formations( like shale or limestone). No wonder we now have small earthquakes recently in Texas!

Now, about the radio-active by-product potential of atomic decomposition processes. You are breaking apart the elements which comprise stability of matter, (under conditions that include but are nor limited to gravity) into atomic sub-particles. So there must be force, resistance, and friction as they pull apart, and a frequency which breaks apart magnetic resistance, and the atmospheric consequence of unnaturally created subatomic particles not resulting from natural events. Energy is neither created nor destroyed, and you created loose particle by-products, “atomic trash” I would equate as inorganic free radicals. SO what happened to it? I don't think it all hopped into your mini black h***.

Nano-technology researchers were recently surprised to find they were all contracting mesothelioma. Their nano-exposed cells behaved the very same way as cells exposed to asbestos. That's why.

If these loose particles of atomic trash left by plasma-induced atoms are to be sequestered you would first exercise accountability to determine exact atomic measurements, counting every molecule within a specified cubic millimeter of space under strictest controls of temperature and barometric pressure, and storage, in order to account completely for every dismantles gas and solid-- and the resulting energy pulse you have set loose.

Now, how do you catch an atomic sub-particle when it is a razor-like sliver of energy released by a single atom/molecule that may have been split into several smaller fundamental elements, each with its own varying atomic weight?
Bucky-balls might bounce off a wall but can easily cut like tiny razors into your soft human cells and pass through your body. If you breathe air in the room they enter your lungs. The inorganic, razor-like sliver of energy from that atom then sets up shop as a bizarre, unnatural free radical. Your DNA and your immune system are no match for this kind of enemy. Medicine may then recognize it as a rare form of "cancer' when your cells around mutate in an attempt to reject it. Buckies, like asbestos particles but much smaller, are atomic sub-particles that will cut into your body's cell walls. I am saying these remnants of energy are caused not by the plasma process of stripping the atom, but are a bi-product of movement within the atom as the atom is pulled apart. That is why I speculated about the possibly this is its own "type of radiation", a by-product of electromagnetic resistance and release, consisting of loose, sub-atomic, radioactive particles.

How is your personal health? You may be at increased risk for leukemia as well. How much exposure are you sustaining from 1050w microwave plasma activity? Are there any studies on local health and environmental hazard, and have you set off any Geiger counters with it?
Hi Angela: The trash disposal system that James Tracy is working on likely does produce some ozone, but ozone is half again as heavy as air, so there is likely no practical way to get it to the upper atmosphere where it would be useful. His system likely produces zero ionizing radiation, so nothing for the geiger counter to detect, other than the tiny amount in ordinary trash. I am concerned that some dioxin may be released into our environment.
It is a molecular decomposition system which does not modify the nucleus of the atoms, so atomic is not the correct word. Yes inorganic and organic free radicals, nearly all of which are produced by fires and lightning, so not a new hazard. A few (not all) nano researchers are having problems similar to asbestosis, and this may be a problem for some plasma trash treatment operations. I don't think it is correct to say they are like tiny razors, especially not the Bucky balls.
I agree, putting CO2 in old oil wells and mines is workable, but moderately expensive. Neil.

The results of this poll will suprise you!

I read the poll results. Likely most of those polled felt as I did that I wanted to qualify my yes or no with a comment. I don't think our Senators nor Representatives will be impressed. Neil
I am new here & didn't know where else to write this ... Is anyone on here getting spammed by sex site garbage? I am & I got a thing saying Pikens had to verify my e-mail address when I responded to the "you got mail from ... " message I recieved. Can anyone tell me ... was this really Pikens that sent the veryification request or did somebody just very sneakily get my password? A little disturbing ...
Probably a fractured URL. I got the same test. Worked fine.
