Mr Obama has a plan to take oil company shareholders (retired teacher, mutual funds, union pension funds, 401K funds) money and give a $ 1,000.00 check of OPM to each family in America.

We need to up date the questions regarding business income taxes. The Government takes money from the shareholders using taxes. Is it possible that the "BAILOUTS" are just returning the money to the entity they TOOK it from????
The enemy of the small investor is "LEVERAGE" without limits. This works similar to the following example: Borrow billions of Yen from Japan at +< 1% for the short term less than one year, use this to buy mortgages at 7% - 9%, package these loans and sell them keeping a small percentage of the interst yield, then use the money to buy more mortgages, sell them and keep part of the yield. If you do this enough times you make huge profits. The house of cards comes down when Japan wants their short term money back and wil not renew loans. Loans must be sold to pay them, this starts unwinding the leverage and the mortgage values go down, down and down.
This is where we are now. These are greedy thieves and desirve to fail.

AN UPDATE for Shareholders regarding claim about the Obama lawsuit on citizenship in the USA is over, here are the FACTS:
Judge Surrick has tossed out, from his court in Pennsylvania, the Berg vs. Obama lawsuit on the following grounds:
1) The lawsuit had to show cause of injury to the plaintiff (Berg himself) and no such causal injury was shown in the original lawsuit petition.
2) Berg tried to amend his lawsuit to better define the "injury or damage" to the American people by having a President elected that was not by law, an American citizen. His amendment attempt did not follow proper civil procedure in the short time he had to file the lawsuit amendment.
3) The proposed lawsuit adjudication must prove redress if the plaintiff were to win his case. It is Judge Surrick's opinion, that if Obama 'is' proven to not be a US citizen, then this lawsuit lacks authority to provide redress and remove Obama as president.
Judge Surrick later commented that only the US Congress could decide such a case if the evidence proves that Barack H. Obama is not a legal US Citizen.
On this last point, sorry Steve and Brian (not really, truth must be heard!), the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals took credence and has already granted Berg his appeal in their court. More to the fact, an opinion has already been handed down, that if Berg is successful in his case against Obama's alleged citizenship, and the DNC and/or Obama appeals a decision against them, any such approved appeal would then be heard directly by the United States Supreme Court with no other courts in the adjudication process.
If Berg wins his appeal, the DNC/Obama will un-doubtedly appeal, and because he'll be a sitting president at that time. the Supreme Court would take the appeal automatically to hear and try the case. If Berg wins, there is no Supreme Court preliminary hearing, the case goes directly to trial.
If the Supreme Court finds Berg's case a winner, guess who, by law, gets to remove Barack H. Obama from office with a single stroke of a pen, and one report on fact-finding of the court's decision?
You guessed it, the US Secretary of State!
What would Hillary do then? Oh me, oh my, wasn't she the first one, with Berg, back in March, who brought this up for discovery in the first place? There is one lega stipulation on this, but educating Brian and Steve takes way too long, let them go look it up and make their own guesses.
BOTTOM LINE:
The case is still out, will be heard again, fresh and with new confirmed evidence. Berg has an audio tape, and a newly signed affidavit by Barack Obama's Kenyan grandmother about that tape,, going through final foriegn language and context certification now, where she clearly swears she witnessed and saw Barack Obama, the moment he was born IN KENYA.
Also more to the point: Judge Surrick admits the proof of Obama not being an American citizen is "mostly circumstancial" but "not completely circumstancial," and is surprised the DNC and Barack Obama HAVE NOT supplied the courts or DNC officials with a clear certified copy of a birth certificate that cannot be challenged. "This was most disappointing in having to dismiss Mr. Berg's case in my court" Surrick wrote on his opinion.
Berg promises the new case filing in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals has the correct definitions of perceived injury in the new lawsuit, and that Congressional members are signing on as authorized parties indemnified with rights to adjudicate further, injury and damage if a court of law proves that Obama is not a US citizen.
The case is on, new hearing dates in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals have not been set yet.
Stay tuned. Obama, it seems, only has a temporary reprieve of Berg getting national air-time on this case. He got the reprieve on two technicalities on the lack of wording in the original lawsuit petition. To date and officially, nothing proves Barack Obama's US citizenship.

I could care less about Obama - my point is that all of the elected people have not kept their word to defend the Constitution and uphold it. they have all failed save and except the Arizona Congressman that proposes a bill to force congress to specify the section of the Constitution that permit the action they want the new law to take. Out of 535 members only 35 have signed on in three terms - 6 years - what does that tell you ?? They know they are guilty as accused but no one will take action because they are all powerful. Does this make you feel good and proud to be a member of the enlightened society ?

Hey Lock, you know of Dan Patrick out of the north Houston district? He and I argued a bit in the past over his political record (back in the very early 1990's,) but since have come together on almost every issue. He's doing very well on radio and in his State House seat.
He's been busting behinds trying to protect Constitutional issues at the Texas-State level, and currently fighting some alleged "North Texas Moderates" trying to allow Texas business taxes to go through the roof.
He's got a lot of material I think you'd like and he organizes districts well for reform. Keep your eye on him. You may see me at one or two of his events, helping elighten the Texas Hispanic districts on best legislative moves.

Terrence sounds like my kind of guy. business taxes are the lefts BIG lie. They fall most heavy on the poor buying bread, milk, meat, utilities, gas, clothes, shoes, medical services, etc. Raise the tax most business' by a dollar and the consumer must pay two dollars to cover the cost of business overhead.
This is a lie the Demos have been spreading for generations, business does not carry it's fair share of the tax burden. They like it because they can keep the poor - poor and voting for them to give them their own money back. The so called business tax they took through the back door without the poor knowing they paid it in the first place in the form of higher prices.
Are these not truly loving, caring, responsible liberals taking money from those big business companies and redistributing it to the poor and middle class ??

Sin Taxes: Nothing more than a sham, to allow the government to collect taxes on high volume items; ie: Gasoline, Tobacco, Alcohol etc.
