Innovative auto technology

I've had dialogue with a brilliant entrepreneur here in Arizona who has an innovative technology and a detailed business plan and excellent engineering connections to build vehicles that will not rely on oil or have a need for charging stations etc. with clean emissions. Here is an excerpt from his LinkedIn Profile.
Mealer Companies LLC aims to offer superior-quality, American built, innovative and wholly petrochemical-independent vehicles to the public and government agencies at a price, which is highly competitive in comparison to other premium quality vehicles on the market.

The MEALER will be the only 100% Carbon Tax Exempt vehicle once it completes manufacturing and distribution. After year four of MFG, we will provide our own power and our own carbon tax exempt electrical power.

We hope that other companies will allow us to supply them with the same system.

If the Mealer will supply power to your home while parked it needs to be 101% or more regenerative or get it's energy from some other sort of magic. I can understand that the investors and potential investors want John L Mealer to keep the details secret. I also understand that investors discount your claims, so one needs to exaggerate to get their attention. Perhaps the Mealer will be a plug in electric car, better in most respects than the Tesla roadster The principle problem with the Tesla ,is too expensive. I doubt it is possible to produce a $12,000 plug in electric car that will come even close to the specs, most USA citizens expect.
