Phill may be your answer. Phill is a Nat Gas home refueling station. It is slow. Usually takes all night, but it does not require heavy wiring like the big electric compressors do. I am looking at some farm compressors. They use Nat Gas internal combustion engines. They are much faster, 1 - 2hours for a 20gal tank. They are too noisy if your neighbor is less than 100 feet away.
