Hello Mark you have been busy I see. My view on this is we do not have to remake the wheel it is all done for us. We just have to show that it is easy and safe with a low cost. My VW Beetle on CNG has been running for about a year now.
The EPA ruling on these kits is out of date for todays times. They need to be installed by trained techs tested to be safe
and run clean to any tail pipe test that is out there. I drive every day and clean the air. People love this car

Hello this a FuelMaker C3 a older one with all the updating works fine.
After reading Jims wedsite http://younkincng.com/
I think we just need to buld them and deal with the EPA after would.

Bob, I agree with your sentiment, but changing the rules is the only wayto go. I know Jim Youngkin and his views on the subject, in fact, he got his start on my web site, www.cngchat.com. Many states will not pass you at the mandatory smog inspections (for states that have them) unless your car has an EPA approved kit sticker under the hood. Huge fines if you don't... Like $5k.
