Indie Film “Haynesville” Will Premiere November 23rd On CNBC

“Haynesville” will premiere on Tuesday, November 23rd at 9pm on CNBC. The one hour documentary will repeat that evening at 10pm, 12am and 1am.

The show will also air on:

Sunday, November 28th at 10pm.

“Haynesville”

When the people in rural Northern Louisiana learn they are sitting on a fortune, they struggle to weigh their big dreams against the safety of their community. Some will take the money and run while others learn to negotiate with the big energy companies who are looking to drill into the trillion-dollar natural gas reservoir that lies deep beneath their homes. Will this be easy money or the fight of their lives, in what some are calling the “new gold rush”?

Oil spills, fracturing, high unemployment, huge national debt, etc; etc. makes it hard to stay focused on the prize. The prize is passing HR 1835! Until we reach our goal, the best way to get votes is to call senators, and congressmen. With 53 districts, it will take a while to call all the California Congressmen. If they already support us, thank them, if they don't ask them to sign on as a cosponsor. So, California has 12 cosponsors, but we need more. With you help we will get more. Boone has told this story a million times, it is always the same, and every time seems like the first time. Boone's efforts have been tireless, and few of us can match his energy and drive. If we follow his lead we cannot go wrong. We will finish this march victorious, thanks to you. Have a great week end.

Tomorrow, 03/31/10, 11 am pacific, 2 pm eastern Ken Miller, CA Gubernatorial Candidate will be on The Green Revolution Show. He has some definite ideas about energy. He would eliminate Income Tax and other taxes to create a more friendly business environment in California. He says, alternative energy can create many new jobs in a business friendly environment. Let’s get to 120 by 11/20/09

Army:

What a couple of weeks it’s been and I have lots to report and something very important to ask.

There’s a new Natural Gas Caucus in the U.S. House of Representatives which is headed by Rep. Tim Murphy (R-PA) and Rep. Dan Boren (D-OK). The more than 40 bi-partisan members of the caucus held a major hearing on Capitol Hill. The Natural Gas Caucus talked about how the development of America’s natural gas resources will help set America on a path to energy independence and create millions of new jobs. It was a great event and an important message to get out there.

But here’s the really important part.

We’ve got just under 100 cosponsors of the NAT GAS Act (H.R. 1835) in the House—and that’s great—but I think we can educate more Members of Congress, build on that support and do a lot more.

Click here to email your Member of Congress and ask them to become a cosponsor of the NAT GAS Act.

I think we can get at least another 20+ cosponsors in the coming weeks so I’m calling on every member of the Army to reach out to their Member of Congress right now so that we can get to at least 120 sponsors by November 20th. I’m calling it 120 by 11-20.

I’m going to be working the phones and I need you to as well. Army, we can get this done and show Congress that it’s time to end our dependence on foreign oil.

Click here to email your Member of Congress and ask them to become ...
Stay tuned because we’re going to post regular updates about our progress and highlight those members who are working to get us off foreign oil.

Let’s keep the pressure on!

– Boone

P.S. We recently ran an ad in the news publications which cover Capitol Hill. Click here to view the short video we did about this really unique ad. It’s getting people’s attention.
