Communication

I joined 2 weeks ago. Heard from 2 people. How do we communicate easily with individuals or as a group? This is the main problem I see so far. I don't know how to hook up with people in my district and start to work as a group. I've done individual activities on my own, but would like to see a congressional district active group that is working together.
