Indie Film “Haynesville” Will Premiere November 23rd On CNBC

“Haynesville” will premiere on Tuesday, November 23rd at 9pm on CNBC. The one hour documentary will repeat that evening at 10pm, 12am and 1am.

The show will also air on:

Sunday, November 28th at 10pm.

“Haynesville”

When the people in rural Northern Louisiana learn they are sitting on a fortune, they struggle to weigh their big dreams against the safety of their community. Some will take the money and run while others learn to negotiate with the big energy companies who are looking to drill into the trillion-dollar natural gas reservoir that lies deep beneath their homes. Will this be easy money or the fight of their lives, in what some are calling the “new gold rush”?

DC is starting to listen! Boone’s latest email and today’s video blog has some great news, but he still needs your help. Please tell your Senators you want them to support the Pickens Plan components of the stimulus package.

There is now a Contact Congress function on the Pickens Plan site specifically for this issue. Go here or to the tabs at the top of this page: “Take Action”, then “Contact Congress” and follow the prompts from there.

We are also encouraging everyone to place calls directly to your Senator’s offices. Here is contact information for Senators Kennedy and Kerry:

Judy,
You seem to have forgotten one very important fact, even more so than wind; namely................solar.

Big time Steve. Can you email me at conrad@storageplusboston.com? I would like to talk to you also. My cell is 508-277-5682. Are you coming Tuesday night?

my cousin has just been voted in as the new mass speaker of the house; can this help our campaign?

Conrad,
Both meetings are an excellent idea. If, when you approach Markey, they offer you a meeting with staff I'd suggest you take it. It's a great way to get your opinions in front of the Congressman sooner than his personal schedule may allow. Check out Jim Spencer's discussion on the VT-01 district page about the meetings he had with his congressman's and senator's district staffs.

Rajendra; you are the only person I've heard from. It would be great if there was a way to unify it.
