Good Morning All. Troy Wilsey got me to join the local group but I have been a member of the Pickens Plan since sometime last fall. I own my own company but I am contracted as the Business Development Manager for the Maine Port Authority and I have been actively bringing windmills into Maine's Ports for the last year. We have more windmill projects slated for 2009 but I have to work out a tax issue that may prevent them from using our ports. We are also working with local companies towards a goal of locally manufacturing windmills in Maine. Not too different from shipbuilding to tell you the truth.

Wanted to just say hi and introduce myself to the ME-01 group. Just moved to Portland, ME from Telluride Colorado! So far I absolutely love it here. From PA originally so it feels good to be back on the East Coast.

Did Everyone hear the news last night the State of Maine may be giving rebate to residents and business if the install a small windmill to power their homes or business. What a great idea, we should email or representatives to pass this plan, what do you all Think??????
