That is a great article. I'm glad to see others covering T. Boone's plan. And I really hope President Obama can include part or all of T. Boone's ideas in his new "public works" plan for generating green jobs.

There are two really good points made in the article. First is that the basic idea of the Pickens Plan is very solid and necessary. We ARE running out of our current energy supply and it needs to be replaced with a renewable source. And the second point is to make it work the tax credit needs to be extended. No one is going to invest without there being some financial reason. As we're now experiencing, money is the fuel of the economy and without fuel the engine shuts down.
