We can use thermal heat from volcanos and from Yellowstone to generate energy, with out defacing the park by using the snake drilling tech.

May even hit some natural gas in the process.

Missouri gets lots of rain during the spring. Some of the smaller streams could be used to generate power, even for aq small part of the year in a positive process.

Solar power during the summer and some during the winter would be great, but we need to get the cost down.

We need to pass a law that says, "all new homes should be built (GREEN) in the state of Missouri."

I will be contacting some of the local leader in the area to push the Pickens Plan.

What are you going to do???

We of the plan, need to ask, the state of missouri for tax rebates for building GREEN. 1] Solar electric panels 2] Solar water heaters 3] Wind Generators 4] Water recycling 5] Insulation to an R-50 or greater when building NEW houses 6] Must use metal or composit Roofing, for energy efficancy. 7] Must use Insulated Widows and Doors, that are Dual-pane or Triple -pane w/ low-E or Argon filled 8]Try to obtain salvaged or reclamed flooring, for LEEDS points.
The State of MISSOURI needs to change the Law when it comes to [ SMALL Solar and Wind Generators] that a tied to the GRID. The state requires the owners of [ Solar and Wind Generator ] to have at least { 1 Million Insurance coverage}, Which I have found is NOT avalable, by, most insurance companys. We are Reqired by the Electric Companys to have a automatic shutoff on our system [ So no Electric Employee could be killed by the Generator, when there is an Electric outages]

We should be able to get revinue for our Re-newable Energy, that are tied to the grid. [ Solar Electric and Small Wind Generators ] This is better than burning Coal or Nucular power
I agree with most of what your have said.

R50 is a little extreem for the state of MO. R50 is = to 50 inches of wood. R30 is plinty for most of MO. Or you could use 8" of sod on the outside of your home.

Medal Roofs are great as long as you use well treated wood with some sort of mosture barrier under neath the medal. other wise the medal will condensate mosture and rot the wood around the srews and in a few years the medal will blow off.
I suggest placing an insolation barrier under the medal roof.

You hit the nail on the head on all the other things, that you posted.
