Let's Git Er Done Pennsylvania!!!
I filled up the tank on my Ford Ranger today. Regular was 2.75 and Super was 3.05. What is the tipping point in price which will light a fire under the American people again in the fight for a green energy economy?
Many of the Pickens faithful have kept right on working toward this goal through a period of public apathy that began last fall when gas prices collapsed along with the economy. As the economy slowly begins to grow again, gas prices seem to be following. Unfortunately, average people aren't seeing much out of this recovery so far, so increasing gas prices will hurt most of us worse now than they did the first time around.
We are nearly there, as Boone said today in his email, we have 100 supporters in Congress. But we need more! With YOUR help we can get the extra 20 representatives that Boone wants.Have you checked out the PA State Page lately? There are tools there to contact your representative and/or write a letter to the newspaper of your choice. Boone and the team have made it as easy as possible to do this because he understands that we all have busy lives. Can we just make a commitment to have one member from each CD write 1 letter or make 1 call each week?
