The Action Committee is incharge of making change, and taking action. The Committee's major responsibility is contacting Public Officals, by any means necessary, to inform them about the Picken's Plan.

What is the Action Committee?

Do you like contacting your public officals? Do you like making making a difference? If both questions have a "Yes" for an answer then your our perfect member! The action committee is very simmilar to www.action.pickensplan.com however our job is to do that in a much larger scale! An action committee member will have responsibilities that include: scheduling a conference with their senators/congressman, talking to major companies on switching to natural gas, and even talking to families about becoming 'green' and signing the petition.

Comment by W. Dan Chance on February 12, 2009 at 9:28pm: I am both pleased and curious as to why I had 15 invitations today from various groups to join them. I do not believe that I am that popular. It must be a flurry of activity driven by the frustration that every one is feeling about how the economic recovery plan is going. Check out my blog today about how Congress is cheating American workers out of the stimulus jobs and giving them to people who have no legal right to work in the United States. Then take action!
