Hi John!

To answer your question, first I'll give some background info on the company. MDI is the company that is producing the air car. It is an international company that is based in Nice, France, runned by Guy Negre. Guy Negre is a former formula 1 legend who's goal in life is to create an engine that is as efficient as possible and doesn't pollute. He started this goal in 1991 and created his own air car company. It was in 1996 that he developed the world's first air car engine. In 1998, he created his first functional prototype car. It has been 17 years since he started his venture, and his team is now ready to market his air car internationally and to the U.S. How they do that is they either establish subcompanies in the region or country were they would like to distribute they air car, or they create licensing deals with other companies to sell it for them. Tata Motors in India is a prime example of licensing deals with MDI. Tata Motors is India's leading car manufacturer and has signed with MDI to have exclusive distribution rights in India starting in 2009. Zero Pollution Motors in the U.S. or ZPM is a subcompany representing MDI in North America, based in New York. The plan is to introduce air cars in the U.S. by mid 2009. I don't know exactly what types of air cars are up for distribution, but I've read on CNN.com, Forbes.com, PopularMechanics.com and several others that ZPM will release family sized cars in the sub $18,000 range. Not bad, but the cheapest model MDI makes costs a mere 3,500 Euros, or about $5,600 U.S.! If only we could bring those over to the US, GM would go out of business!I hope this answers your questions. If you have any more let me know.

Thank you for supporting Guy Negre air car efforts
He was nominated one of the Seven Visionary Vehicles designers www. 7 v v .org
And he was recently in Washington with the U.S Secretary of transportation. The AIr Cars are coming to the US.
If you or your group have have specific questions about the technology for Mr. Negre send it to n@7vv.org He will answer.
This is an effort to separate facts from fiction by opening a dialog
from future consumers to the inventor. You will have the precise answers for the critics that speak sometime without facts.
He doesn't develop only cars. Mr. Negre has created air generator technology very innovative to produce electricity.
Again Thank you for your support.
