Robert H. Hacker is an international finance executive and strategy consultant. During his thirty-year career, he has raised over $1.2 billion in capital, served as a CFO and managed an emerging market company. He has arranged one IPO and three secondary equity offerings in public markets.

Bob managed an emerging market company that grew from $40 million to $1 billion in annual revenues in seven years and was publicly traded. He has served as a Chief Financial Officer for 14 years for both startups and mature companies.
