You should contact Senator Jeff Sessions, Representative Terry Everett, and Representative Bud Cramer. You will need to file for a Employer Number through the IRS and they require monthly reports of earnings, etc. so be prepared in this its important to file employee income statements. Governor Riley is more interested in business that operates as a charity, I see that you intend to charge extra for your services to give to the schools, the state government already is planning to support energy for schools in Alabama, esp. bio-diesel and I am unsure about Natural Gas but the state should. I see at the site GALILEO that there are conversion kits available for vehicles to run off Natural Gas and there are Home recharge units and a Virtual Pipeline all ready to begin shipping but they are not in America. It would be a good business to serve consumer's whom wish to burn Natural Gas in their vehicles and not Gasoline, the switch in the kit allows either choice of the vehicle operator. So many people are trying to force the public into HHO conversions, well HHO works but is not truly supported by this government nor are there plans for HHO refill stations, now if they were to think Hydrogen they might find some oil companies willing to support refill stations at some of their franchises which support their brand but they have to get a lease license from Energen Corporation in Alabama to be a reseller of Natural Gas if they have no Natural Gas supply themselves. Alabama Gas Corporation is Energen's "Pet Project" owned by Energen, others selling Natural Gas in Alabama either have.a lease or are self supporting their own Natural Gas operations in or outside of Alabama so that makes for the difference in pricing. It could become a problem in the future if those companies do not invest in their own Natural Gas production as I believe there will be cut backs in leases in the future. Alagasco is one of the two operating units of Energen Corporation, a diversified energy company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. Alagasco provides Energen with the strength and stability of a natural gas utility and is the primary source of the Company's cash dividend. Alagasco today has operating divisions in Anniston, Birmingham, Gadsden, Montgomery, Opelika, Selma, and Tuscaloosa. Alagasco roots go back 150 years. So if you have no big time Attorney to argue the price for consumer's and what they should be paying for in additional to services you offer your barking up the wrong tree and need to rethink what is charity as opposed to your idea of charity which should direct consumer's instead to be able to contribute and have a deduction of your hourly wages instead of making them pay more as they may not even be willing to help the Alabama school system being from another state or another nation. Your heading the right road to help but the tread on your soles is wearing out the will of the people at large so rethink the situation maybe you can offer discount deals for a month to folks instead of demanding a contribution which no body wants to tend to.

My father use to work for the Alabama School System as a maintenance man which went from school to school installing curtains and doing carpet work and light bulbs and power electrical work so Alabama is nearly covered for the work which is required at schools and you must be a certified employee having passed the state exam to work for that school system workforce now. My father also worked building the Interstates in Alabama through Montgomery, Alabama which included all the interchanges. In his old age he is unable to walk well and has problems which may go with him to his grave, certainly he could be more observant to his health problems but time is getting him rather quickly now when before he was energetic and quite ready to take on the world. My mother of course has a stint in her heart and is a diabetic and has a broken hip she has recovered from which required a artificial hip joint operation the next day following her fall. I am getting older fast to and this situation of energy is just as complex for me to establish support for consumer's as it would be a business, I have a Project named The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF). I await so many objectives that it seems that American's are just not noticing this situation as I am else they rethink that our government is going to make changes to make something better happen which I feel is a total waste of time when it can happen immediately and be effective in every state that wants it to happen, consumer's must voice this to the individuals that might like to endorse it and they got to do the work and make it happen, In Alabama I would not be able to make it happen for them so this is a teamwork objective and a very big project which demands working capital, investors, donators, and a lot of dedicated hard working folks that know what has to be accomplished. It cannot happen if the population turns away from it, it can happen if society sees that friendship is more important than hatred and biting the bullet in price gouging business activities. My plan sets business into another realm, it is business that makes the opportunity better for a foundation and it is business that strides to make America stronger, so working with business through a Foundation is better to give to consumer's what they really need first and foremost like if they had milk they need glasses, mixing bowls, refrigerators and the list eventually arrives at legal administrators, court systems and finally government. State have the power to support whatever they desire to do, Many Southern states have the idea to always be confederate about managing opportunity, Northern and Western states would rather unify on the same issue and this is what the Foundation is about unification but theres just not enough supporters to make it happen immediately right now. As I would say, "Change is for those whom realize that their habits first are heading the wrong direction, then and only then can change make a difference as it might not seem a change to many that observe from distant places, the change becomes real and is more capable of flowing best without further changes so making a conversion available is the first step to my Project, making it work of course is the second step, and finalizing it for all America will be a big step to having completely made it possible for the United States to be independent of foreign fuel supplies for those whom respect change". Consider the objective, A population of 250 million and growing daily at least 150 million automobiles right now and growing daily, force feeding new vehicles into a economy that has a crack being mended may not be the solution and entirely some other solution needs to be enacted and our Congressional leadership just cannot force themselves to believe that autos cost now at $10,000 - $100,000 and for that many people to have to own is absurd politics which cannot resolve a economy and we are still in the same boat regardless if we drove or not so how then can America make a change if American's cannot get Congress to work steadily enough to make it happen immediately. The prices are to high, economics professors predict that the rising population by 2025 will be double that it is now and automobiles also will have twice the demand for fuel so to be honest we have little to depend on when Congress is buckled in trying to fix the banking system Congress can't cut loose for a few minutes to resolve the issues that are besides the point so nailing the situation down entirely makes for a better opportunity as I see this Foundation idea and it is all there is left to accomplish.
