Dear Barack Obama;

Much has changed since my letter of May 28, 2007 was mailed to you. I started CoolingEarth.org; I have joined PickensPlan.com; I have submitted applications to build 11 solar power plants and you have won the nomination of the Democratic Party for President. Our opportunities are growing. Al Gore is building the WeCanSolveIt brand name and I like the fact that you are supporting it. Together we can get all electrical production off fossil fuels.
Again, Barack, I am asking for your support to getting the Atmospheric Cleanup Machines built, help developing solar concentrating collector sights and help getting the government especially the USPS to reduce its oil usage so we can become oil exporters again. We need a pollution surcharge for example on gas, coal, diesel, wood, cooling towers emissions, cattle, other methane producing ranches, cigarettes and other tobacco products, agriculture burning and airplanes. We need for Amtrak to build out a North American bullet train system. We need a tax credits for electric cars. I have invented a new type of electric engine that is available at CoolingEarth.org.
The Federal Government has to take the lead on many of these environmental projects. Federal Lands must be made available as well as help with funds and long term contracts. What we need is help with wind farms, large and small hydroelectric power plants, building new recycling centers like for used lamps, funding for stationary pollution control devices and development funds for superconductors. Together we can have a new era of clean water and air acts starting with the biggest cleanup in history: the atmosphere.
We need leadership. I have written the USPS 2 letters, the first came back say they did not use these types of equipment…cars and airplanes. The second came back from facilities and they do not need my energy saving ideas for cars nor airplanes.
California is headed back to the old energy crises because we are not building power plants. Renewable energy is our best solution. The Air Resources Board is working toward guidelines for AB32, the reduction of greenhouse gasses. On CoolingEarth.org, I have written “California Can Be Carbon Neutral”. With small changes this can become a blue print for the USA to become carbon neutral.
