Download the pdf (4 MB) and get a sense of where we have to start.

Then watch us grow and implement a plan to install grid tied solar pv systems on all rooftops, and most importantly, bring an entire City back to life as Carbon Free as possible.

I don't think you are going to get the kind of changes you want from a Democrat or a Republican. I don't trust the private sector either. I think we're doomed.

We have and continue to install wind farms in Illinois. The State has legislation requiring that a percentage of new generation be wind. One goal is to determine the costs and ability to get power on the grid. We also need to be looking at other renewable energy (i.e. solar, geothermal, etc) We need a comprehensive plan. I have little confidence in government, so it needs to be developed in the private sector.
