Hello group, Today I spoke to the Orange county director for 4H, Rachel Taylor, and the CA state director, Steven Worker. He said 4H will like to get involved with the California State Energy Independence Savings Bonds but will not administer it. It is definitely going to be administered by the state treasury department. I will keep progress for California updated in seperate postings.
