Hello group, Today I left a message for Mr. Dub Taylor. He is the director of the Texas State Energy Conservation Office. I will call again tomorrow. He also works within the Texas Comptroller. The Texas Treasury department was abolished in 1996 with functions taken over by the comptroller. I will keep progress updates regular with him as with my representative's office that I am working with. If you are working this with Texas please post your updates here.
