March on Washington

I also want to say I agree with what President Adams that said that it would be a tragedy for this country if we ever became a two party government. I know we can make a change in 2010 to make a statement by voting out the ones that are part of the problem and not the solution vote someone else in. If you like myself can't run for office for personal reasons then back someone that is not a professional politician. There are some of those in the House and Senate that have been there for most of there lives and forgot what it is like to work and do the right thing. We need to get them out and vote in new blood so we can see something more than the same old worn out politics.It seems to me that this nation has lost something that fighting spirit when we would Walk On Washington and let them know we are tired of it and will not take it anymore. I think it stopped about the end of the Vietnam War. Well people it is time we take up another Walk On Washington for this government to see we are not going to take them stealing our tax dollars and spending them on things that are not in our best interest.Make them accountable for there actions. There was the million man march but the man that led that stole the money they raised and left the country. Well why not do it buy just getting everyone to do it without paying anything for it. We have a right to protest peacefully. I for one will pay for a plane ticket to be there. I will have to roll as I can't walk but there is nothing that would stop me from making this a priority in my life So if you are all interested in a Walk On Washington to show we aren't going to take it anymore. I would like to see if there are any of you that would want to be part of it. Let me know and then maybe we can find someone to help organize it after all we have the internet to help us get people to come and join in on it so that is one thing that we have going for us that the ones before us didn't have.
We owe this to ourselves and our children and grandchildren. So let me see how many of you are interested. Is there anyone out there that could help set this up and make it so that everyone that wanted to be there could find a way there? Like a share a ride program or something. It is just an idea I would like to hear what you all think about this idea? Let me know. We can see how many people went to see President Obama be sworn in and those people can be reached by way of the Internet so all we have to do is join together and get this moving.Time is not on our side so lets see how fast we can move on this.I'm going to try to contact some of the people that contacted me for donations to help elect him and ask if they will help us to get this bill passed the way the President wants it and to put in it the Natural Gas for Trucks in it to make it a victory for the Pickens Plan. So lets all get on the phones and call our senators and let them know we are going to make them hear us one way or another. Get all your friends to call too. I'm getting my friends to call and family too. So lets make a push now and we can do it.
