ENERGY PARTY for NORTH CAROLINA

The ENERGY PARTY was crested for two reasons:

1) I want to help T. Boone Pickens with the Pickens Plan energy proposal and to recruit as many people as we can to help in this effort. The oil crisis that caused this economic fall in this country and the world in not over. The only things keeping oil down now is our rate of consumption and the economy. Consumption is the only thing we as individuals have control of on a personal level. As you can tell from the headlines of the past several months we as the people of our country have no control of our economic state. We as the people of this country have been told that we and our children will have to bear the burden of the cost to repair our economy.This brings me to the second reason.

2) The ENERGY PARTY has become a magnet for like minded people that looked for that change always promised every election, but can never find after the winners have been announced. That mythical legend of change that will fall like manna from heaven only if a politician is elected and more so re-elected, and so stealthfully eludes us after the election.
I believe in Boone’s plan of energy independence and support him 110% and our group is here if and when he needs us during the first 100 days of congress. We will stand with him in his attempt to be partisan in his efforts to sway congress to the fact that our country desperately needs an energy program to survive in the future. We have taken it upon ourselves to plan ahead in case he fails. I shouldn’t say he fails, I mean if congress refuses to see the need for a funded energy policy that is a cure not a band aid.

This is not an attempt to find a presidential candidate at all because history shows us when a 3rd party aims for the White House they fail and we take two or three steps back and stumble to the ground becoming comical fodder for the media. This is to push the Pickens Plan and encourage people to run for congress as a 3rd party candidate in 2010

This is volunteer work only at this time. If you chose to become the administrator of this group you will have complete control of this site and you must comply with the rules and guidelines set by the Pickens Plan page. You must also be able toDedicate some computer time in recruiting members in your state for the PP and the ENERGY PARTY.

First let me thank T. Boone and you for your efforts and loyalty to this agenda. Our great nation has to become energy independent or many of us will suffer, economically stable or many of us will suffer, environmentally stable or many of us will suffer and die.
T. Boone Pickens has started this snow ball effect in the energy sector of our lives and I applaud him, and I whole-heartedly support him and his project. I have seen this snow ball of suggestions turn into an avalanche of hopes and dreams for many of you and me.
The failure of our two party political system to lead, protect, defend, and secure this great country is why I take pen in hand and try to set right the wrong our government has conspired with. Therefore this group was created with the fervent hope that we the people can band together, and with justice for all improve on the words penned below. Feel free to voice your opinion, add to or subtract from the pledge. T. Boone we support you, we will with your support, help and guide us into a better future for all.

The Pledge of the the ENERGY PARTY and the E solutions, Education, Environment, Energy, Economy, Employment, Equality, Equal taxation, Equal Healthcare, Enforcement of the law, and the Engagement of the military to protect the people of the United States of America and the EFFORTS of all of us who have joined.

They have worded their campaign election laws as to hinder a 3rd parties equal participation.
They have ignored the will and happiness of the American people to better themselves.
They have sold their office to the highest bidder to better themselves.
They have altered the American economy to benefit themselves and others.
They have allowed our great country to become dependent on foreign countries to better themselves and others.
They have failed to protect our borders to benefit themselves and others.
They have governed with special interest and are governed by special interest to benefit themselves and others.
They have squandered the power given to them by the majority.
They have abandon the American labor force
They have written tax laws with loop-holes for the wealthy to benefit themselves and others.
They have acted in a manner unbecoming the office they hold.
They have let the tort system operate unabated to benefit themselves and others
They have protected their offices from the American people to their benefit
They have ruled with fear and hatred to suppress their fellow man


In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated silence. A politician whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Criminal, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

We, therefore as the people of the United States of America in general assembly appealing to the good people of each state and district for the morality, goodness, and decency of our intentions, and by the authority of the good people of these United States, solemnly declare that if elected we will serve the will of the people we represent. We absolve all allegiance with those who would unlawfully profit from our reward granted by the people. Having been elected by the people, we establish alliances and support this declaration, and with firm reliance of the people pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred Honor.

This is the heart and soul of the ENERGY PARTY and the people of the United States of America. Past elections, past promises of change, past disappointments of promised change have brought us together to plan ahead of disappointments this time.
