Selecting contractors is undoubtedtly the most challenging yet rewarding process. This is where the rubber will first meet the road. Understand that all contracts will be reviewed and approved by the fund's board of directors who may choose to retain a fund manager to conduct contractor decision making. Meeting payment terms will be the responsibility of the Trustee who will bare the final burdon of making sure that contract requirements are met and written agreements satisfied. Americans are buying the product, not the organization.

We need contact details that contain a minimum of the following details.

1) Contractor Name
2) State of incorporation
3) Name of Insurance Underwriter
4) CFO name
5) CFO contact details.
6) Nature of service provided.

Please be patient as this process is at least 45 days out.

I have an agenda.....

My life's goal is to have all residential property co-generating electricity in North America by 2025. Little know fact it's only 25% of entire North American Grid Consumption.
This is attainable we have the technology and the man-power.....
We must start now!!!! Time for talk is over.....

I have introduced the Boldest Solar/Housing Initiative ever put forth...
Entire subdivisions of low-cost Modulars with little to no electric bill that retail from $79,900 to $149,900 680sq 2/1 to 1380sq 3/2.
Meets the need for low-cost housing and helps over Stressed Grid during PEAK_USAGE hrs as entire subdivisions come on-line becoming virtual mini-generating stations.

As well as helps the environment…

Win-win-win.
It is the short term solution to a long term problem.......

Now that I have come home to South Georgia....
it is time to enlist All the help with this I can get.
I need more R & D with my new patent Idea an will be asking for Ga Tech's help.....with the SOLAR POWERED RECIRCULATOR GENERATOR which will drive the cost of production down by almost 60% and will also be going back to Washington DC in this election year to demand more from our "so called elected or soon-to-be-elected officials".

I am in negotiations with Roger Little of Spire Solar in Mass to build a 100mw manufacturing plant in Liberty County Ga.

My plan is simple mix Roger's little assembly line with RapidModular.com's walling panels to produce under one roof the
Structures of the future.

I have a Confidential Private Placement Memorandum near
Completion. I am only letting 35 non-accredited investors in
before turning it over to the Investment Banker Wolves....
they are already at the door.....

I was talking to an individual last night at the sports bar where I play amateur poker. I told him about the Pickens Plan, and he was interested. But, then he said, I would love to invest some money, but I don't have much. I responded with, "that is an idea, to get millions involved, if we could do stocks at 20.00 dollars a share, or something like that." He said he "could invest a 100.00 or so, and it would get the common man involved. We have been left behind in this country, but we love it all the same." Then, we would build a list of millions of people, with vested interest. Then, the politicans would listen.

What do you all think? How do we go about starting this? If we could get Mr. Pickens to see this, I bet he could come up with a plan.

Don
Donald ,

You poker buddy is right. We need to get everyone involved however with the economical times caused by the current administation , people just don't have any extra cash. I don't see how a family of 4 with a combined income of 50-60k make it. My wife and I make much more. With food costs , gas , mtge , homeowners insurance (throught the roof in FL) , etc.. we just get by. This keeps the Jones and the Johnsons from feeling as if they can make a change. We all know that the government is FOR THE PEOPLE , BY THE PEOPLE which most people do not feel is correct. If we can find a way to unite all of us , not political parties , not black , no white , no latino just AMERICANS we could take back this country. Come on think about it , our energy policy was written in a back room by D*** ( sure shot) Chaney and the oil execs. Now oil is at it's highest price in history. They don't want us to have any way to save the earth , they want us to stay hooked to the oil IV's in our wallets , along with the auto execs who wait until there sales are the lowest in history before they even try to build a better fuel economy car. WHY!! We have the technoligy now to get 50-60-70 miles to the gallon of fuel , whatever the fuel. Yes , a $20.00 stock in a company or idea that will help solve our energy problems would bring people together.

Also of on anther subject , I'm also US Army. Disabled Veteran OIF.
For instance...look at Obama's grass roots fundraising...taking as little as $1.00. Do the same thing...offer a fractional share....anything to bring in grass roots dollars.

Something like this could bring $200B in much faster than we might realize.
I'm not a contractor however I'm a Site Manager working on projects up to $10MIL. I would truely enjoy the opportunity to work on installing these wind frams. I also have a exstensive electrical background as a Union Journeyman Electrician , IBEW local 613 Atlanta , GA. If any contractors need a proven , successful professional , I'm ready to go. I'll relocate with assistance.
Richard,
I see your objective, I understand and empathize with the idea. No Buts.

Bluntly, I think that the formation of and incorporation the operational unit is not focused on the problem at hand. You are swing for the fences at the first at bat of the first inning of a scheduled doubleheader. Let's pace our progress.

The contractors will be there, but the products aren't ready for delivery. What we need is to consider how we are going to manufacture that which we need (create employment) to convert to CNG from imported petroleum. We will need to build refilling stations, pipelines, storage facilities, etc...

With wind, we need to build more turbine manufacturing plants and invent or innovate more efficient generator and electricity distribution technology.

With solar, the technology is virtually in the same sape as wind. The money doesn't need to go into the land. What we want to do is put money into the creation of intellectual properties and promising innovations. Solar is phase two of the conversion process but we need to move towards a primary alternative energy source for displacing up to 40% of our fuel consumed for energy generation.

That said, we need to recognize that even with all of the natural gas abundance this nation has been blessed with, renewable gas (methane) from municipal solid waste, algae and non-food organic matter is the real solution to our energy addicition. Bio reactors are a 100,000 times cheaper than nuclear reactors and we're going to produce the waste anyhow. Algae is naturally occuring and provides some significant promise towards carbon sesquestration. We need to put Mother Nature to work for our benefit not our destruction.

Ok, I'll get off the soapbox now, but I am looking forward to your reply.
