After a small search I found this site. The motor looks like the one in the video of this group page. This site as the blueprints, etc. Plus, the main site could have a lot of other ideas for powering a vehicle.

Also, I believe that is the same Johnson that wrote a book on magnetism back in the 1980s (available at Lt. Col Thomas Bearden's website). The Johnson drawings of the magnetic field aren't quite like those in mainstream physics textbooks.
