THE GOP NEEDS TO HAVE AN "ALL OF THE ABOVE" FOR ENERGY!

That means they have to push the Pickens Plan plus "all of the above" to get us off imported oil.

Tax incentives for Solar and Wind energy to build jobs here in the USA.

Tax incentives to build Nuke plants and something done with the waste, not just dumping it in a mountain.

Tax incentives for electric cars with parking garages that have solar car charges.

Tax incentives CNG cars and the filling stations to provide the natural gas for them.

We need to rebuild the USA to get off imported oil.
And that means the GOP has to push for all of the above.
Not just drilling for oil and natural gas.
THEY WILL NOT GET OUR VOTES OTHERWISE!

The Democrates need to do the same thing! WE CAN VOTE THEM OUT TOO!

Tax incentives for national recycling of waste products...no more landfills!

We can change this country and provide jobs if the politics used are common sense!

I am sure I have missed a few more but they need tax incentive funding also!

Has anyone estimated what all this would cost?

Say its only takes twice the exiting capital investment.
How long do you think,with unlimited money, would it take to build.
I think you would be wise to first find the very best tech.
It will not be easy to over come biases and conflicts.

I don't see this any place in the plan.
I think we have a very big problem so I offer a large solution.

He means that private money will do the job if congress stops putting up road blocks.
If tax incentives are given for all kinds of alternative energy than private money will flood in and do the job.

1. There is nothing worng at all with oil companies. they are essential for our economy and will be for about 100 more years, so they should be encouraged and not scorned for making a profit and keeping people employed and keeping all of us with fuel.
2. storing nuclear waste inside a mountain is by far the safest alternative and that is why is is done. the only "safer" place in in outer space and that will not be practical for a long long time.
3. The mantra for the fall Campaign should be Drill here, Drill now & VOTE REPUBLICAN! nothing more needs to be said.

4. The RNC should be keeping the message clear and simple so folks will vote the striaght ticket. the only way to move Congree is to vote most of them out and start over.

5. re-establish the tax credits for home investment in solar and wind technology on private property including homes, commerical real estate and farms. up to 25,000 per household per year, 50,000 per farm and 100,000 per commercial property.

6. Congress should begin to sell off some of its federal lands to private citizens and corporations to allow for drilling on private property and exempt such land sales from environnetal lawsuits to obstruct development. National parks shold be exempted but all other lands should be up for sale.

7. Republicans who are savvy in the investment world should bundle shares of prospective firms and form a mutal fund to offer private investment in start-up companies. Capital gains from the shares should be exempt from federal and state taxes for a period of 25 years to get the pump primed. This is special interest legislation but it should be avbl with as little as a 100 initial investment. everyone can get in for 100 bucks. This could be managed by fidelity or vanguard or some other firm to allow for broad based national investment. US citizens ONLY can invest.; ▶ Reply to This

I think it would be great if Ga. Power could bring a new nuke site on line... the state is growing and it would help a lot...

Coal can be re-used for a lot of things, like making synthetic diesel..... the Germans did it in WWII...called "ersatz-benzin" this is how thay kept their fleets going.
