More startups would succeed if they had procedures in place early and I want lots of the green startups to succeed. More jobs here are absolutely a requirement!

Thanks for creating this group. I live in Carlsbad, CA (30 mile North of San Diego). I am looking to transition from defense contractor director position to something in Green Energy.

Maybe I will be able to use to group to find a position.

Of course there are other areas where we will have to go eventually, but conservation is an excellent place to start.
