We hear about "ear-marks" all the time as a bad thing in legislation coming out of congress but I think an "ear mark" attached to a windfall profits tax on big oil that was dedicated to building the infrastructure to fuel as many hydrogen powered vehicles as there are commuters on the roads today would make a lot of sense. How 'bout it guys?

Hello All,

Take a look at my PickensPlan page. I'll put up more CPV and CSP pics soon. When is the World going to wake up to the Hydrogen Economy? I'm ready to go anywhere to promote it! Let's do the two political conventions. I can bring my H2 appliances (H2 BBQ and portable H2 Stove), Solar H2 demo gear, posters). Anybody interested in trying to build an H2 Economy platform into the platforms of the two major political parties?
