Idaho should be a hotbed of wind energy.

Idaho has so much wind, and so many farmers who could use supplemental income, that it seems like an optimum place to concentrate wind energy production.
Another advantage that Idaho has is a well-developed electricity grid, and power companies that have expressed support for self-renewing energy development.
