A solar attic fan with a passive attic fan should be all that is necessary for your attic venting needs. The fan with solar will operate during the day and the passive vent will operate 24/7

This will run during the day in the winter to remove moisture that will make insulation work more efficiently. Not sure waht happens at night? Might have to tie in a simple wind turbine to keep air circulating.
