There's a push right now in Washington for the ethanol blend limit to rise to 15 percent from the current 10 percent. This needs to happen for cellulosic ethanol to ever get off the ground. Ethanol has basically penetrated the market as much as it could with a 10 percent limit for standard vehicles. There will be ZERO investment in cellulosic ethanol if that cap is not raised by the EPA.

Cellulosic ethanol can replace all of our imports for gasoline and then some. And it's the kick in the shorts this country needs with the current economic meltdown.
