If the Pickens plan (which I support) supported a National Energy Lottery (see blog below) proposal and the 4 million followers donated 5 bucks a week for this Energy Raffle, there would be 800 winners a week or 41,600 winners a year of a $25,000 voucher good only for Renewable products, ie; solar, wind, hybrid, energy green appliances, etc...and be fully transferrable as well. Take advantage of the Fed's energy credit and it would buy around $32,000 worth of Green product/s.

If the Pickens Plan ran this program and retained 10% for operations, not only would it generate further income for the cause but the donators would have some fun with the potential of winning this voucher and 25,000 to 1 odds. Better than a money lottery that doesn't promote going green.

At $20,000,000 a week @ 10%, that's $2,000,000 for the Pickens Plan for operations. Would certainly be enough for expanding the mission. That's over a Billion for the year! Maybe take that money and invest in a windmill anufacturing company that is owned by the workers. Spread the prosperity and have it Made in USA by the owners/workers. see entire plan at: http://nationalenergylottery.blogspot.com/
Also an inventor who has developed a prototye called Road Power. Will convert downhill vehicle traffic 24/7/365 to electricity alongside the highways of America. No Sun, Wind, Water, Land required. One unit will power approximately 3 homes per year. Looking for Angel Investors to take to next level. Would be a great asset to the Pickens Plan to get us off foreign oil even faster. Thank you, Gary

I am working on a collaboration plan to boost the output of smaller wind turbines, less than the "MEGA" towers and more than the "HOME" units.

These units could fill a "nitch" not covered by the small home units and not even worth the bother for the big companies. These medium sized units could be used in small farms, under the required 5000 acres for the big players farms, as well as the small communities which wish to minimize their footprint on the main grid.

I am calling on all Pickens Plan partners to join in. Those with technical expertise, management, construction and fabrication skills are asked to join in.

OHHHHHHHHH I almost forgot the one major group we need involved, Financial expertise. I am also working on that problem, any assistance in that area will be welcome.

I have secured the assistance, if not the services, of one of the top people in the tower manufacturing industry. (He must remain anomynous at this time, I cannot jeapordize his current position)

My company is willing to allow the use of the name South Dakota Wind Energy since the .com .net .biz and .org are all taken. I researched USA Wind Energy and they are all taken. South Dakota Wind Energy is a DBA I established this year.

My engineering is all under the name of MRC Enterprises so this is still a seperate entity.

The way I see it, I have the structural end of the requirements covered, and I am sure there are many individuals and fabrication facilities that can produce the required turbines. I am also certain we can involve fiberglass experts to produce the number of blades necessary. The transmission lines can be designed and installed with the assistance of those with that knowledge. All structural engineering will be evaluated, approved and stamped by a Professional Engineer. I myself, am not a PE but have the services of such.

I challenge all the Pickens Plan members to come together in this collaboration. With all our skills and knowlege, WE, the American people, CAN and WILL end this energy crisis and secure our freedom from foriegn influences.

Please feel free to discuss this in any group discussions or contact me personnally at 832-865-9688 MrC@SDWE.org will get me your e-mails.

Thank You all for your attention on this subject.

I certainly hope you all have a SAFE and Merry Christmas.
May the New Yew bring peace and happiness to everyone.

I have just secured the advice, if not the services of a very talented production engineer who has EXTENSIVE knowlege of tower fabrication. (he must remain anonymous for now)

I have invited him to join my efforts to establish an industrial base to supply the small windfarm and community co-ops. The large trurbine manufactures won't even negotiate with the small projects.

I am a machine/equipment designer with 30 years experience in various energy related fields. I have created a great deal of equipment used in tower fabrication and would be interested in a colaboration to set up a tower facility.

I am serious when it comes to my countries freedom. ALL Americans must do what they can to gain this energy independance.

I would not regard myself as a manufacturer, however I am interested
in placing a commercial wind turbine on my property in Trimont Mn.
which is within a quarter mile of a major wind farm. My goal is to
learn as much as I can about the feasibility of such a project.
Any help would be appreciated.
