FEDERAL CONTOL OVER THE NATION'S ELECTRICAL GRID.

The electrical grid is controlled by every state and the utility companies. The grid is outdated and probably could not support the Pickens Plan for windpower. How do you get this energy to the people unless the grid is under federal or a central authorty control. Money must be made available for the upgrade and Obama and McCain must be made to commit to a national energy plan that is based on reality and not just rhetoric.
