Digg.com is one

there are also a number of Ping Servers

http://pingomatic.com/
is a pretty good ping service

If you have a Free Blog on Wordpress.com or someplace else then remember to link back to the PickensPlan site from your blog

The more good links generated comming into a site makes it popular on search engines.

promote it on

there is an appropriate Science Area that accepts posts related to alternative energy

SlashDot will generate a lot of incoming page views as will Digg.com
