Thank you Dr. Kugler. It seems the only way to get heard by our government is to hire a lobbiest. Which is not right at all. I had this news article done about me today. http://www.monitor.hr/clanci/google-and-the-corporate-wars-of-james-tracy/24510/

James Tracy you make a lot of sense.
Don't take it personal when Want-to-be pseudo-scientists disagree with you; keep educating them!
Personally I get distressed when good projects (like wind turbines) are put on the back-burner just because some people don't like electric power lines.
So, why not encourage each town to build their own Wind/PV systems, and support homeowners who install solar electric systems on their roofs - - - as we have done, and bringing an 11% return on invested money.
Then you could also charge a plug-in hybrid at $ 2.50 per 100 miles.
As energy experts like Khosla and Ehrenpreis have pointed out: "Forget about wind farms and solar plants run by conventional utility companies, in the new energy regime, the people are the utilities and their houses are the power plants.”
I was truly disgusted when I learned that this administration assured W-VA congresspersons that they would not stand in the way of 24 (-environmentally most destructive-) coal strip mining projects. How phony can they get?
And, as demonstrated by the Rocky Mountain Institute, a strong conservation plan could reduce US energy needs by 30% - - - and nobody is doing anything about that! Why? Because Conservation has no unions or special interests that could put $$$ into government representatives pockets?

Well I have removed some friends who are not who they have claimed, and some who I know who have misrepresented themselved. I am not saying who, or why. They know who they are. And there is alot of mud slinging on the emails. Stop please.

We came to PP only because Boone is right. We must have our own energy. We can not continue to import, with no exports to balance the sheet. Plain and simple! All our money is going to other countries.
