AB 560 needs to pass:
Assembly Bill 560 would increase the cap on "net metering," which gives solar customers credit on their electric bill for surplus power they transfer to the utility. Currently, a utility is not obligated to sign net-metering contracts once solar power equals 2.5 percent of its peak electricity demand, a level PG&E is approaching. AB 560 would quadruple that cap, to 10 percent.

Please spread the word and take action by calling your Representative - requesting the bill be passed. Thanks!

I will encourage others to become a member here and look forward to more people able to contribute significant information:
Existing companies, who can provide alternative energy - that is cost-effective for existing home owners.
I considered converting my house to solar in 1998, when CA had 50% rebates - it would have cost me $18k to set up a system to carry my energy load, $36k in total. At $60/month PG&E bill, that would have taken 25 years to recoup costs. That doesn't make sense. What companies out there exist today, who can provide up-front cost effective alternative energy?
There's a wind turbine company (http://www.skystreamenergy.com) - with a turbine which would generate about 1.6 KW - at the cost of $15k-20k to set up.
Why so expensive?
It would generate more energy than my current house needs, and PG&E won't buy back the excess energy. Why not?

Permits cost $1500 for Napa County, and $800 for Solano County - to erect a wind turbine - why are there not rebates to reduce or remove the cost of permits for a limited time - to encourage people?
When we can get more answers than questions, we will be walking in the right direction.
Meanwhile, I will share with as many others, about this website & pickens plan.

DESPERATLY SEEKING ANGEL INVESTOR…..

I have been touting Solar, Wind and Tidal-Flow generation on one platform offshore for over 20yrs now......My wind is different from every one else's it is a type of Vertical Axis that has not been seen much if any in 20 yrs either.....it looks like a Power line pole
With holes drilled in it in such a manor that no matter which direction the wind blows it only turns one way.
I have been doing R&D and developing my new Patent Pending Recirculation Generator
That will run off 2 200w PV’s and will put out 1.7KW per hr…..
Takes the cost of 10 PV’s@ $1000.00 =$10,000.00 down to $3700.00 for my Hybrid System 2@ $1000.00 and $1700.00 for recirculator.
And puts out basically the same watts per hr….with a 60% reduction in COST!!!!!

I've reposted and changed My Page for clarity. What is shown are just recommendations. It’s not all about ME. I had to post a history to show the difficulty and yes I'm included. I’ve noticed that some other postings are from people and organizations with money and influence. If things are going to be done we need people like that – ingenious, hard working and an I CAN attitude with fortitude. Keep up the good work.

I'm showing use of NG with an HEV. Is that an alternative energy? - Yes. It’s available and I have shown recommendations that will reduce our addiction to foreign crude.

JD, As a seasoned engineer, I'd love to see your plan in operation, and wonder if you'd consider plant fabrication in Arizona or New Mexico? Labor & site costs are way down, and overall shipping too, since we're centrally located for the greatest returns on solar energy:
These States have on average 330 cloud-free days annually.
Your product could literally be produced & sold out in bulk, all within a day or even just a tank of fuels' drive away.

I don't have a plan in place but I'd very much like to see if there were a way to enhance yours to include this region, beyond your current conquest of the south-eastern Seaboard.

We need to band together and form a 501c non profit
corp lets say "Hydrokinetic Energy inc"
to raise awareness as to what WE THE PEOPLE IN ORDER TO FORM A MORE PERFECT UNION can do......FOR THE BETTERMENT OF PLANET AND MANKIND.... A GLOBAL INITIATIVE.....
I’m working to build a PV manufacturing plant in so ga
just to lower the cost of the panels
first we will be able to supply Fla Ga Sc Nc Al with much less shipping cost for one
as well as i will build the largest PV panel 1000w per hr not
the 200 to 235 you can buy now!!!!

I have an agenda.....

My life's goal is to have all residential property co-generating electricity in North America by 2025. Little know fact it's only 25% of entire North American Grid Consumption.
This is attainable we have the technology and the man-power.....
We must start now!!!! Time for talk is over.....

I have introduced the Boldest Solar/Housing Initiative ever put forth...
Entire subdivisions of low-cost Modulars with little to no electric bill that retail from $79,900 to $149,900 680sq 2/1 to 1380sq 3/2.
Meets the need for low-cost housing and helps over Stressed Grid during PEAK_USAGE hrs as entire subdivisions come on-line becoming virtual mini-generating stations.

As well as helps the environment…

Win-win-win.
It is the short term solution to a long term problem.......

Now that I have come home to South Georgia....
it is time to enlist All the help with this I can get.
I need more R & D with my new patent Idea an will be asking for Ga Tech's help.....with the SOLAR POWERED RECIRCULATOR GENERATOR which will drive the cost of production down by almost 60% and will also be going back to Washington DC in this election year to demand more from our "so called elected or soon-to-be-elected officials".

I am in negotiations with Roger Little of Spire Solar in Mass to build a 100mw manufacturing plant in Liberty County Ga.

My plan is simple mix Roger's little assembly line with RapidModular.com's walling panels to produce under one roof the
Structures of the future.

I have a Confidential Private Placement Memorandum near
Completion. I am only letting 35 non-accredited investors in
before turning it over to the Investment Banker Wolves....
they are already at the door.....
