I may be wrong, but i believe they are going to add a gasoline generator to the "Electric Car" or will it be a hybid. Do they have battery disposal taken care of. I like Tesla, do not get me wrong. Take the Toyota Prius, it has a bigger carbon foot print that the Hummer because of the Battery. So how do we balance all this?
