WELCOME TO "PICKens ME! ~JOBS!"

PICKens ME! ~JOBS! is an ALTERNATIVE ENERGY RESOURCES platform aimed at bringing employers and great talent together.

MY FIRST GOAL: Attract employers and influence terrific people to post Accomplishments, Objectives and Current Experience in whatever it is they do best, are passionate about or want to do with the belief if given an opportunity to interview and are extended an exciting employment opportunity, they can do it better than anyone else!

MY SECOND GOAL: Undertake the role of Matchmaker. Friends, we need to start 'somewhere' ~ let's make PICKens ME! the prime meeting place to read through inspiring paths of great talent seeking opportunities and become serious bench strength to this movement.

ONE REQUEST: Beyond the one stated in my first goal, I am asking each member to keep in the back of your mind, fellow members that impress you in one way or another. You never know who you might come across tomorrow making a connection for someone else who could well do the same for you!

EMPLOYERS: My recommendation is that you send job postings/descriptions to my company email address listed below. Since this page does not hold 'job categories or act as job search engine, I can give greater visibility to your open jobs by posting them 'right here in this box', as well as introduce your opportunities person-to-person acting as Recruiter to make things hum and people shine.

I am developing relationships with each person joining this group; allowing me to know 'precisely' Best matches in potential candidates aboard our fine ship.

The challenges many of us face in securing great employment opportunities I happen to know intimately and have an in-depth sense of empathy for job seekers. I am a great believer in the jobs the alternative energy sector will create in America. A strength of mine is wrapped in the power of observation and problem solving. I don't really fit in, since I've only ever had one good idea. But like my music teacher, Elmer Kalbas used to say, "hey shport, if you hit a good note, hang on to it".

I'm working on an interesting phenomenon: low temperature power conversion. It turns out that low temperature thermal energy, say from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, is freely available just about everywhere. But, producing electricity from these low temperatures was not economical because the machinery was too big and expensive.

My friends and I recognized the problem, and we've designed new machinery, based upon a new thermal power cycle.

We're hoping to help T. Boone Pickens entice America to become fully energy independent.

It's really dependent upon smart businessmen like RoseMarie to make things happen. The rest of us are like sheep,... nice sheep, but slow to change pastures.
