"COOP" of ranchers

Hi

I live out by Calhan CO.

I was wondering if anyone thought of making a "COOP" of ranchers to produce a large peace of land for a wind farm. This is still in the planning stages. I have a 120 acres and a lot of my neighbors have more.

What do you think?

So I came up with the Idea of a COOP, but we need to be connected to make it work.

All the properties need to be adjoined.
