I'm not one for waist (Letters) so I encourage all to daily e-mail your local officials-your state reps, and pick out some public voice to keep the motion.

I have been part of this movement for sometime now and hope that everyone stays with it until it is a fact and a reality that we have Clean and Green Energy I hope everyone is still supporting this today as much as they where in the beginning as we have come a long way but we need to keep up the good work until it is finished.

I have got a reply from one Member so far. Here is the reply so let's keep it up and please report your reply's so we know who is with us and fallow there votes in this most important of change we have to do in the last 40 years.
Thank you for your letter regarding domestic energy production. Your input is important to me, and I appreciate the time you took to share your thoughts.



I couldn't agree more with you about the need to encourage domestic energy production, as both our national and economic security depend on our ability to diversify our energy supply so that we are less reliant on foreign sources of oil. Accomplishing this will require a balanced, multilateral approach that includes all available technologies: the continued development of alternative fuels, nuclear power and renewables such as solar and wind; investment in research and technology; the expansion of our refinery capacity to include biorefineries and coal-to-liquid facilities; conservation of our resources; and enhancing oil and gas production in an environmentally friendly way.



Until now, I believe our country has lacked a common goal and a stick-to-it focus on energy. Securing America 's energy future must be a national goal that we all play a role in making happen. As your senator and a member of the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources, I will work in a bold way to secure America 's energy future, protecting both our national and economic security for generations to come.

Good morning everyone. I'm just checking in to let you know that I have been busy on the Internet telling everyone I can about the PP and it is getting good reception from the ones that have ask questions. I have been a member of A.A.R.P. for a while now and thought why not get the information out there too. After all it is us as the older people in there 50's and over that don't seem to know as much about this as we should. I hope everyone that has made me there friend on the groups come here to the PP site and get involved as it will be a great thing to get even more people involved.
I have been relying on the Internet to do most of my contacts as I'm unable to drive and this is the only way I know to get the message out there to as many people as I can at as many sites as I can. I just wanted to let you all know I have not been just sitting back thinking about what I can do.I have to say this is an exciting time when you can reach so many people at one place with just a matter of going onto the sites and start talking about ot and they seem to be very interested.
More so when you tell them that this can help us get out of this economic down fall and keep jobs in this country to help us be more secure also. I don't tell them to say anything about me as the one that told them abou the Picken's Plan as I don't need the credit it is all of us together that are doing this and I don't need to be given credit for something that everyone here and mostly Mr.T.Boone Pickens not me. Have a great day. And lets try to get more people involved as best we can.

Biggest problem you have in marketing anything is getting the attention of the market. 'Rubbing your tits while sticking out your tongue' will have very little effect on very many people, but if you can get enough people to willingly contribute to what amounts to a legal cyber attack on your Government, and at the same time allow the Government ample opportunity to correct the problems, and if we do not have to shut down communications and subject citizens to a return to written notes and shouted commands, we would be exercising what is known diplomatically as 'bloodless revolution'.

I'm Canadian, so I can only be charged with invasion but not for inciting a revolution.

I can attack Washington in my dreams. You can not. Confusion is essential if new marching orders are given.

Reply is no bother, but I expect to be shut down for at least a few days.

Mr. Tidman or Chris if you prefer, you leave me totally befuddled with your postings. This last one seems to support the idea of secret ballot in union elections yet you say that Big Labor is pushing through legislation that would take that right away. That makes absolutely no sense. Big labor is the beneficiary of secret balloting so they would have no incentive to push for the cesation of that practice and what does it have to do with a Pickens Plan march on Washington?

If you really want to reduce our dependence on foreign oil please stay on topic here and if you are bored and or want to influence public policy on other issues then do so through other means. As an example, I am very converned about illegal immigration so I work through www.numbers.usa for that purpose. (I just wish we at the Pickens Plan were as efficient at providing for regular and targeted input to our legislators on energy issues as they are on immigration.)

Then there is your rambling post that starts (after some system messages about displaying images) with a report about a cell phone in a shoe heal. Honestly! Such clutter has no place on this site.

What pray tell is the FBI telling you? I doubt the authenticity of that communication and can not discern any logical reason to fabricate such innane material. There is a writers group in pickens plan for those who like to be creative. I recommend you post such material there. Don't bother replying.
