Benefitting from our Budget Surplus in North Dakota

Hi everyone. I am sure many of you are aware that we have a budget surplus in this state. What better time for a push to put some of that money to good use by developing alternative energy use in this state. We have a beautiful clean air state. Lets keep it that way by pushing for the building of clean energy wind farms and more stations and dealerships that provide CNG run cars and trucks.
